Slow Cooker Skirt Steak

Ingredients
  • 2-3 lbs. of skirt steak
  • Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade (or your favorite brand)
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Take the meat out of the package and pat it dry with paper towels.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Placed steak in the slow cooker, and pour in enough teriyaki sauce to just barely cover it.
  4. Add the orange juice. Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with brown rice and roasted cauliflower (or whatever sides your family likes!)
