Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. of skirt steak
- Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade (or your favorite brand)
- Juice of 1 orange
- Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
- Take the meat out of the package and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
- Placed steak in the slow cooker, and pour in enough teriyaki sauce to just barely cover it.
- Add the orange juice. Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with brown rice and roasted cauliflower (or whatever sides your family likes!)
