Super Healthy, Super Salsa!


  • 1 lb. tomatillos, wrapper removed and rinsed
  • 1 white onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 large handful cilantro
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. raw honey
Instructions
  1. Add the tomatillos, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse until the tomatillos are broken up, and then blend until all ingredients are finely chopped and well incorporated. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Scoop the avocados into the bowl, and mash them into the mixture.
  4. Finally, add the lime juice, ACV, and honey.
  5. Mix well.
